I joined Sparkle in 2019 as a data engineer. Now I am leading the Estonian office in Tallinn.
By the summer of 2022 Sparkle Estonia had grown to around 7 people. Pieter, the Managing Partner together with some colleagues decided a proper teammeeting was in order to celebrate.
I have one golden rule, which may sound odd, but we only hire fun people. Without fun between colleagues, you will never truly be satisfied by the work you are doing.
